It's 1:30 and I think I'm actually ready for bed! Awesome!

Maybe now I can finally get on a normal sleeping schedule again!

When I was in college, I generally made sure I was in bed by the end of Letterman (back when his show started at 12:30). Whatever you do, just pick a consistent time to go to bed and a consistent time to get up. We're creatures of routine. Our brains are wired that way. If you have bouts of depression, getting consistent sleep is perhaps the most important thing you can personally control in regards to that. Sleep well.
